Use of Junior Cars Vehicles
The vehicles sold by Junior Cars are strictly offered as working display models. Although they are capable of being driven, no warranty is provided by Junior Cars regarding the safety or usability of these vehicles when driven. By purchasing a vehicle from Junior Cars, the purchaser agrees to the following conditions:
- Any individual driving a vehicle purchased from Junior Cars does so entirely at their own risk. Junior Cars accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the driving of the vehicle, regardless of cause.
- If the vehicle is to be driven, the purchaser agrees to operate it in a manner that avoids injury to themselves or others and prevents damage to any property.
- The vehicle must not be driven on public roads or highways.
- If the vehicle is intended to be driven, the purchaser confirms that it will first be inspected by a qualified professional mechanic to ensure roadworthiness. The vehicle must be serviced regularly and maintained to remain in safe working condition. Helmets and safety clothing must be worn at all times during operation. All safety equipment must be current and compliant with FIA race standards.
- Drivers under the age of 18 should be supervised by an adult at all times.
